My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were great - colorful, airy, and traditional with a stunning view over Mostar and the famous bridge. The service provided by Sabina and Aida was exceptional, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even helped with a medical issue. The location was perfect, just steps away from the iconic bridge and downtown area. The dining experience was delightful, with a plentiful and varied breakfast spread every morning. The facilities were top-notch too.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a stunning view of Mostar's Old Town and the iconic bridge right next to the shared terrace. However, it was a bit chilly in the room as the staff didn't turn on the heaters before our arrival. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice and spacious with good decoration and an amazing view of the famous bridge. The HUGE balcony overlooking the old bridge was a real highlight. The service provided by the staff was amongst the nicest and most genuine I encountered on my trip, and they were always friendly, helpful, and full of great local insights. The location was fabulous, just a short walk to the old bridge and close to all the attractions. The dining experience was great with a nice selection of options. Overall, a fantastic experience!
